My Training Life

I believe in sessions that emphasize functional training, core training, and balance and stability exercises. I enjoy adapting various training methods to create a routine tailored to your specific needs.

My one-on-one training sessions are the best way to work on goal-specific areas of need. For individuals who are not comfortable working out in a gym or those inexperienced with exercise and fitness, this is a great way to start.

Group training offers friends, coworkers, spouses, and family members the opportunity to train together, enjoy each other’s company, and have fun.

Young athletes need to learn proper stretching and exercise techniques. In the past, I have trained youths and teens of all ages in both group and individual settings. These sessions focus on overall body strength, proper form and technique, and sport-specific programs.

The Seniors I have trained in the past have had specific issues they have dealt with, such as a past injury, surgery, or simply wear and tear. These sessions involve balance, flexibility, range of motion, and core training exercises, along with exercises to improve muscle strength and hand-eye coordination.

Finally, all of my clients have had some sort of history with injuries, ranging from minor ankle sprains to broken ribs and hip replacements. These sessions focus on building muscle strength and flexibility in targeted areas, while also demonstrating proper exercise techniques.
