Welcome to ADM Training!
My name is Adam Marks. I am a sixteen-year veteran in the fitness and wellness industry, and I currently serve as an adjunct professor of health sciences, exercise science, nutrition, and public health in the Boston area. I am also a Community Coordinator for the Healthy Kids Running Series, a Running Coach for The Dimock Center’s Road to Wellness 5K and Boston Youth Road Runners, a group exercise instructor and personal trainer at The Kroc Center, and a coach and mentor for Boston Scores.
I would love it if you would connect with me on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Instagram.
I also have a new fitness and wellness podcast called Movement Matters, available on Spotify or Apple Podcasts. This is a place for me to talk to friends, colleagues, co-workers, and others in the fitness and wellness industry about how they are, what they do, and the future of health and wellness, healthcare, public health, and nutrition in their fields.
Finally, I love reading and books. My Substack and Medium pages offer quick book reviews and notes on all of the books I have read over the last handful of years. They are mostly non-fiction, covering a wide range of topics, including history, politics, wellness, fitness, public health, and culture/religion.
I hope you enjoy my website. It’s not fancy! Here are some new pics with me and the fam. The first is from San Diego, and the bottom is from Savannah, Georgia. Good times had by all.
